Ordering Information

Payment
We accept Visa, M/C, AMEX, and Discover as well as checks and money orders. If paying by check or money order your order will be shipped upon clearance of the check.

Backorders
If your bag is on backorder we will contact you with the expected ship date.
Shipping: We ship UPS ground or if requested by FedEX for quicker delivery. You will be notified upon shipment of your order.

Returns/Exchanges
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and receipt for return with refund excluding shipping charges within 10 days of delivery. You may exchange your order or receive credit within 14 days of delivery excluding shipping charges with tags attached and receipt of purchase. Please contact us if you need to make a return or exchange.
